saturn, seems the cssu features config doesn't add the '[thp_tweaks]' on first installation.
it happen on my device. after push Update button, nothing changed on my device.
when i check the content of file '/usr/share/hildon-desktop/transitions.ini', all changes written in it, but no '[thp_tweaks]' as the header of section.

I've just installed CSSU for the first time, followed by CSSU Features Configuration Editor installation.
Then run CSSU Features Configuration Editor, and choose "Fix Config". After that, reboot the device, run the Editor again, and change the "Around Axis" parameter into "Z", and "Update".
But the rotation still using the default value.
I don't know about the initial state of the transitions.ini, because I never edit it directly.
All changes, done through CSSU Features Configuration Editor. But each update, didn't give result describe in http://wiki.maemo.org/Community_SSU/Features
The last thing I did is, directly checked the transitions.ini file.
All CSSU parameters are written in the end of file, except the [thp_tweaks] line.
I added it manually, save it, and everything went as is should.
Problem solved, sorry to bother you. And sorry for my bad english.
i have done killall hildon-desktop but still i cannot scrol vertical,
can someone help me get it working,

Hey Ali, how you get it working? i wave same problem, after installing CSSU features the vertical scrolling disapwars and i can not start it back from CSSU features app
When I want to start it I receive a message "WARNING: The Community SSU is not installed. Some features might not work correctly..". I tap this message and I receive the following error message: "ERROR: Reading the configuration settings gave a FATAL ERROR while reading the gconf values. Not all settings are available. Exiting..". That's all I can do with the application.
