OS2007 is just a bit too slow for youtube.
On OS2008 (official release coming out shortly) this is improved significantly.

yeah OS2008 seems to play them okay.
I'm using the default browser on N800 with the latest release for OS2007.
Videos are all loaded but it continues to show with many interruptions.
