Hello all Maemo fans out there. I am a brand new user of N900 and also on this forum.
I would like to ask all of you a simple question: If Meego is dead, Maemo 6 same ( at least this i what i have read ), will we see any new updates for our N900 in the future ?

There won't be any updates to N900 I think nokia made it quite clear before with PR1.3 being the last official update because they were focusing on meego at the time.

Now with meego being almost dead I don't think they (nokia) plans to refocus on bringing updates to maemo devices.

Yes , i have just read about CSSU, and i am already doing it as i type
I'm begginner with N900, but not at all using Linux and computers

don't worry with a N900 this community feels a bit like coming home, there are some great developers here who'll explain very detailed how to make your N900 better, faster and more beautiful than ever.
