Do you have examples of articles that are not working? What kind of images?

hi, i am unable to update via the use of "FeedingIt update" from xterm. i have the widget enable too. the error message i get when i run the command is:
failed to open connection to "session" message bus: (null)
does anyone have a solution for this error message? thanks in advance

Are you trying to run it as root? Make sure you use the "user" account.

yeap, i did sudo gainroot, than FeedingIt update and that was the error message i got.

Don't run it as root (don't go into sudo gainroot).

I can't get FeedingIt to auto-update. It is set to update every two hours, but it isn't doing that. What to do?

Do you have any instance of feedingit running, like the widget or the backgrounded main application?
