By far the best method could be to 'copy and paste' command and its output, or redirect the output into a file and attach that file. '>' redirects the output to a file at the beginning, '>>' appends the output after the first output.

BUT: It might be necessary to reflash if something goes wrong, backup everything that has any value for you by copying to some external media (hard disc, PC, anything) and use the built-in Backup application to save your settings, contacts and application list!
