    By changing CONT to STOP the conversation problem is gone
    (i'm using KP patch version)

    which file? cpu_sleep or cpu_normal? If cpu_sleep, did you mean changing from STOP to CONT?

    Only in cpu_sleep yes sorry for mistake, I changed from STOP to CONT now I have CONT in both cpu_sleep and cpu_normal

    I can also confirm the message issue since updating to the latest version of battery patch. OptimizeN900 fixes it temporarily and changing STOP to CONT in CPU_Sleep stops the issue altogether.
