Usually a broken symlink is just trash... but how was this created in the first place???
May be you tell us, what you tinkered with to get this directory at all, because there is no /dev/udev on my device. Did you test any alien systems like nitdroid or meego???

Did you look for the location the symlinks point to?
Some thing like
Code:
ls -al /dev/udev/Your_Symlink_Here
may shed some light.

These are in /dev/.udev directory not /dev/udev directory (note the period mark before the words udev, hence hidden directory). Apart from that I'm guessing most of the broken symlinks normally link to sysfs and other parts of devpts.

I would not go about fixing these broken symlinks as udev marked them as failed, etc and fixing them may cause your device to bootloop or do things you wouldn't expect.
