Hello guys..

I've been searching and digging for months on how to use garmin maps with any mapping software available but the only thing possible is using them with navit so i followed the instructions to install navit and it works with bin maps but when trying to use garmin maps it wont work cause the instructions require downloading libgarmin from svn and i've tried to search for svn or subversion in so many places but couldn't find the software it's vanished so i tried to find libgarmin some other way so i found libgarmin-svn 20080313, installed it but still nothing shows in navit.

my question is: i just need those garmin maps to work on any navigation software and if not is there a way to convert them into other map types to be used with n900 mapping programs??

P.S i need those maps for marine purposes cause am a fisherman and there's no other alternative for that except garmin maps...
