Why do you need that when you have it in the NokiaMaps app?

Not true! Still 82,000 to go. I know it's true cos Eldar said it.

The longer I wait the more the chances I am flipping to the dark side really. The only thing that saves me is that the Note is also not yet available. But if it comes first I will be in a very difficult situation. You see, I'm a stylus addict.

(Maybe I can drown my deprivation in swiping. Let's hope)

Yeah we're aware it doesn't have the secure-element.
But apparently you can add it via a mSIM or sticker etc.

The longstanding question has been whether Nokia's likely to support that.
Given they may support current/coming ph's that have NFC/secure-element.

Apparently there is a plugin-free version now (webgl).
Not quite as featureful as the one that requires plugin, & still beta.
Fennec 10's coming w/improved GL acceleration for Harmattan IIRC.
Can't find the road-map, will try to dig-up....
*EDIT* Nope, can't find the damn thing now.
Not sure how good/bad the stock browser would be.

Funny how they made the same mistake I've seen in other reviews:

Just to test, i just searched and a two year old mail showed up. So they're included if you've pulled them from the server manually. (Universal seach only got a hit on the subject, not if I searched for part of the content. Search in the email program got a hit on both)

As is a Nokia official YouTube Channel, I hope each and everyone in this forum post a comment and let Nokia know that we want the N9 to be sold as any other phone in Amazon, NewEgg, etc. I did already.

It's all part of Nokia's big marketing strategy in the US. Taunt people constantly with an awesome phone, awesome videos, and then release as a giant surprise during Christmas.

Or we're just getting the shaft, so I ordered an n9 from Negri.

My n9 is stuck in a warehouse near Heathrow. Had to pay an arm and 2 legs for the customs from Dubai. Should have it tomorrow I'm told.
