$127, claims to be NIB with FS. But note it's from blutekusa not buy.com. Nothing against blutekusa, just never heard of them.

All the major sites have been copying Amazon's marketplace concept making it more difficult to determine who you are purchasing from.

Examples:

Amazon
* Ships from and sold by Amazon.com (trustworthy)
* Sold by ______ and Fulfilled by Amazon (trustworthy)
* Ships from and sold by ______ (not trustworthy)

Newegg
* In stock. (trustworthy)
* In stock. Sold by ______ (not trustworthy)

Buy.com
* Ships from and sold by Buy.com (trustworthy)
* Ships from and sold by ______ (not trustworthy)

Ebay (not trustworthy)
* exception is online retailers such as buy.com and newegg.com have ebay "stores" now but you have to check if they really are who they say they are.

Now, I'm not saying don't buy from "not trustworthy" sources, "not trustworthy" does not equal "untrustworthy". But for "not trustworthy" sources need to check the seller rating, RMA policy, etc.

only if we had an n810 with a modern processor and gpu. the hardware was really nice, even better than n900 in my opinion. more metal.

I got mine for $80 half a year ago would not buy it for $127.

Well, no. It was a few months old, but no scratches, perfect condition. Thou as I can see it a new one is not $127 but more around $160 except the one at buy.com.
