the harmattan icons are nice but robin's work on the mango icon set is equally good. i use both the mango and harmattan icons, depending on the mood. the mango's are best when you want to keep it beautifully simple. and it's nice to have choices.

try this... but it only work if you have harmattan icons pack already installed .. i believe..

here you go mate...
put this file in MyDocs and then

install via xterm..
>> sudo gainroot
>> cd MyDocs
>> dpkg -i "package_name.deb" [enter]

hope this one solves your problem
