Does anybody know how to extract opera from OS2007 for use in OS2008?
I just upgraded to the new release of OS2008 for the N800, and everything seems to have gone OK. However, while the microb browser works fine, I find that it locks up every time I visit InternetTabletTalk.com. Are there browser settings that I am overlooking?

InternetTabletTalk.com unfortunately has abysmally rotten HTML code, making it one of the worst pages for tablet browsers around. It is a monstrosity of element nesting with several glaring HTML errors and a long list of warnings on every page. Loading, fixing and rendering that mass of broken code is slow - and nothing on the browser side can fix that, they'll have to repair the page or the underlying CMS...

One thing that microB still doesn't do as well as Opera is the "fit to width" option.

MicroB chokes on nytimes.com so I tried going to nytimes.com/mobile. No luck, it redirects me to nytimes.com Is there a way I can set the user-agent to fool nytimes.com/mobile?

"Chokes"? Working just fine here, sure you don't have Fit width to view on?

    I quite agree with you.
I'm hate horizontal scrollbar in microB.
It's more comfortable to use smartfone (with smaller screen and resolution) for some web-sites (realy for a lot of sites).
We need normal realization of 1-column site rendering.
Something like "Small Screen Rendering" in Opera.
