Six dots (application menu) > Settings > About CSSU

Community SSU installed
version: 21.2011.38-1maemo1
flavor: Testing

... see?

If bugs are corrected in the current testing version, without any new features being added, will the sub-version number be altered? How does one preserve main version and allow increments in sub-version?

Hi again, i see on the Community SSU/Changelog (Testing) that HAM have potrait view, and in the Community SSU/ChangelogStable say in HAM NONE.

I'm asking because mine stay at landscape view, is this normal?

Greetings.

HAM in stable onle goes to portrait if you have the /apps/osso/hildon-desktop/ui_can_rotate set to true

I thought that will be like PDF and calculator that do it (potrait) "by default".

So my options are leafpad/etc and change to true (transitions.ini, right)? Another option?

Thanks.

Greetings.

no other option, but it's not leafpad but a gconf key, see http://wiki.maemo.org/Community_SSU/...hildon-desktop

Saw it but don't understand it, i mean, open xterminal and put that?

By the way, i have status-area-orientationlock-applet intalled, and the only thing doesn't "change" was Task Switcher, well rotate to potrait but the apps got the X up, it should be on right side, right?.

Like this:

Desktop goes potrait and i rearrange my widgets with status-area-orientationlock-applet.

Greetings.

okay with the status area lock applet you enabled that specific key (the lock applet sets/unsets that key and another one)

yes you would have had to put it into xterm otherwise

and no that task switcher is actually right portrait task switcher looks like that

Ok i will, wierd thing i check the gconf settings (filebox) and say:

entry name="ui_can_rotate".........type="bool" value="true".

So is just like it needs, but anyway, i'm going to do it like Community SSU/FeaturesStable says., hoping the HAM goes potrait.

Thanks for your time.

Greetings.

Edit: Done, HAM goes potrait now, thanks a lot.

While I wanted to uninstall Advanced power monitor it wanted to uninstall severall other apps as oppposite to HAM which did it properly. HAM is slow bud does things as it should.
Did you download PR 1.3.1 Image from Navifirm? If so Is it Genuine or Stable to Flash with Navifirm Image?
