after enabling root I used "cp /usr /home/user/MyDocs" to copy the file to home so that I could be able to put it back if needed.

So then you'd have 2 files with /usr there and one would get overwritten... meaning the new one... so either transitions never happened or you copied the original over transitions... maybe im reading into this too hard....

lol yea you are. I didn't put the new file on there yet...I tried to copy the old one to mydocs so I could put it on my computer just in case and then I was going to put the new folder in. It doesn't really matter now though. Like I said there were only 2 little issues that i noticed with the quicker transitions. The only one that is reproducible is on the launcher view when you switch orientations. The transition on that screen is too fast for the cpu that after it turns the cpu is caught for a second or so trying to space out the applications. Other than that I actually like the transitions and I'm getting used to it so I'm not as worried. Thanks though. But it would be good to tell people to try to save their old /USR folder just in case. Backing up doesn't do that. Thanks a lot for trying to help

Backing up the whole /usr/ folder is not necessary. Not all files are changed. Currently only 37 files are changed, out of the hundreds maybe thousands in the whole /usr/ folder.

Regarding the rotating transition being not very smooth, I agree. I continue to work on this and will look into that.

So, MyDocs is that folder which automatically runs when I connect N9 with computer via USB (Phone Memory)?
