I've been searching the forum for a whole day but I couldn't find a solution. On a Nokia N900, when we need to make a phone call we have to pick a number and then it gives you some options like phone, send a message ... Is there anyway to skip this step in order to make a call faster? it's so annoying because I have to make many phone calls during the day. Thank you very much.
Thank for your help. I read the threads but it's too complicated for a newbie like me. If someone can create an app or a command line that can disable the "send sms" option. So when you pick a number in the contact list it will call that number instantly instead of giving you options to call or text. That would be very helpful.

There is no way to change this behavior. The contacts application is closed
source and can not be modified.
