Question: what's this unnamed icon on my N9?

It's the green squircle on the last row, it appeared a few days ago. It cannot be deleted, and it does nothing.
I've checked all the .desktop files under /usr/share/applications and /home/user/.local/share/applications, they all have a Name property.
I have uninstalled the most recently installed apps in case one of them had something to do with it (though I had nothing exotic, most non-store apps we're from this forum), but it didn't help.

Can anyone help with what can I do to find out where does this icon comes from?
    Thank you.

It's the installer for AppsForMeego. The desktop file is org.formeego.apps.one-click-install.desktop. I understand it's not meant to be there but they're having trouble hiding it

Recently someone on the forums mentioned that it appeared after they updated apps for meego, that may be what is causing it...

I also had this icon showing up two times after installing or updating applications. Rebooting the device made it always disappear.

    It's discussed here....
    http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=80566

And is apparently not limited to the appsformeego app
    http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...80#post1133780

Someone in that thread filed a bug...
    https://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=24353
But they seem to have made it specific to the appsformeego app

I will update the bug report....

    *edit*
Reported again, def. not appsformeego client specific
    http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=80923
I've not yet filed a bug report @harmattan bug-tracker, will do so asap.

Happened yesterday with an update of Calendar Feed. It had a Name= attribute, but also sported a translation which was probably missing. And while it had NotShowIn=X-MeeGo; - it didn't hide it.

I have created a bug including a workaround for the update issue at https://harmattan-bugs.nokia.com/show_bug.cgi?id=566

Also got it when updated calendar feed. Still have it. I don't know how to get rid of it but I'm not worried about it just curious.

Ah thanks, I hadn't forgotten to lodge this, but I was taking too long!
This is definitely a universal issue, not specific to one app etc.
I will subscribe, read comments, & vote! Thanks again.
