Well, like i said before, i'd much prefer to see omweather go to wuderground.com as it's more developer friendly, and seems just as accurate as weather.com.

weather.com will crack down on web scraping if enough n900s start doing it, let alone the maintenance nightmare of keeping up with normal weather.com web page changes.

wunderground.com provide a 'normal' api, which will be reliable and last. weather.com will now render OMweather unreliable and a maintenace nightmare..

Where could I find the fixed version for Diablo? (Assuming a fix for Diablo has been done, of course.) It looks like extras-testing is a Maemo5 repository...? Thanks.

EDIT: never mind, it seems that the new working version showed up in one of my OS2008 repositories right after I posted this. Coincidence? I doubt it, but can't say for sure...anyways, thanks for the fix.

Hi,
I use an old version of Omweather on N800 OS2008, (omweather 0.22.8 database 0.9.5), and I was very happy with it, it was much better for me than the newer versions
Lately since not using the tablet for a month or so, there is a problem, when I try to refresh the data it says: "did not download weather", and the whole data shows N/A.
Is there a possibility to fix it while staying with the old version?

Try version 1.0.6 of database. Reboot your device after updating, please.
