Thanks. The icon size is 80x80.

Heh, since everybody is enthusiastically moving forward, I'm also joining the bandwagon.
marxian, will u be hiding all the other icons, except folder icons? I believe this can be done by dynamically editing the .desktop files?
Just for safety sake, xterm and/or settings icon maybe kept visible outside the folder structure also, so that we may rescue the system in case MeeFolders crashes.

Would any of the Novag's Symbian Anna icons be useful (with permission)? Some of these may be suitable for categories.

Just a couple I came up with... had to resist not going straight vector only since it looks more like WP7 (to me)

Will continue to experiment.

Nokia provides a Photoshop template that makes the creation of professional-looking N9 icons really easy. There is a youtube video that takes you through the steps; the templates can be downloaded here (the same files used in the video).

Ok, how long is this going to take? Been waiting for 30 minutes already!

Awesome to see there's some workaround in the works before PR1.2.

Yes, I know how to create icons using Inkscape. I just don't have much patience when it comes to graphic design. I only do it when I have to.

Initial release is almost ready. I have everything except the hiding of existing desktop icons. I will leave that until later.
