I don't actually want to use it because I don't have a Windows-PC here.
I think you have only three choice:
- Wait for the update to be released OTA
- Find a PC from a friend and use NSU
- Bring your phone to a Nokia Care point; they'll be able to update it for you.
For anyone else having difficulty, my N9 is an 059L695 and it still refuses to update OTA (I'm in the US). Current version is 10.2011.34-1.299.1_PR_299
According to the Simtray, my product code is "059L5H1: N9 RM-696 Country Variant Switzerland CH Cyan 16GB V1_COLOR" which is on the list you've posted - so why is there no update?
Switzerland is getting the PR 1.1 later for reasons only Nokia knows. But it was announced that it will be available soon.

Mine is also on that list (059L7G7) yet no update for me...
I contacted Nokia Care and they told me that the update for Switzerland has already been activated, so they told me to completely reset my phone and to try updating again.
After the reset, there were still no updates, so I now updated using NSU.
Nokia Care also said it could be a problem with my carrier. However, I bought the phone myself just like my brother who has got the same carrier. The only difference is that his phone is from Austria and all the updates were found by his phone automatically.

I have still not got one. And its kind of provocative that my phone came with telenor carrier bundle, when i dont have them as carrier and I bought it unlocked.
