I have found this setup in Setup Notify.

For what exists this option?

Maybe for imap email?

Maybe for facebook notify?

Email push is configure separately just outside the page, this area is for apps utilising pish notification, if u have ebuddy xms installed or even nokia pulse, you would see such options available on that section.
