Can someone create a sort of "Guest Mode"?

I can try to explain myself:

I could give my phone to see or play to my friends or babies... Is it possible to make a... second PIN to insert for modifing icon position (deletion), deleting photos, accessing files/docs, ...

IT'S NOT A GREAT IDEA?????
