It is not my ringtone, but one of the weirdest ringtones I've ever heard was from a plumbers mobile phone who did maintenance work in a hotel where I stayed for some nights. He used the famous music clip from the "Shower Scene" from Alfred Hitchcocks "Psycho"; that one with the screeching violins. This ringtone makes quite sure that one definitely doesn't miss a phone call

I've divided callers into groups and I also use the Psycho theme:

Family
= Antique Phone
= Zorba The Greek (I've got some family members who are (half) Greek)
= Nurse Whistle (from 'Kill Bill', for my sister who is a nurse)
= Harmonica Theme from 'Once Upon a Time in the West' (for my brother who really likes this movie :-)

VUP (Very Unwanted Persons)
= Psycho Theme (shower)
= Twilight Zone

Work
= Imperial March

I found most of the ringtones at zedge.net.

For SMS I use this (annoying :-) tone called '3000hz'.

Raving Rabbids' BWAAAGH! in mp3 format. Download, rename to RavingRabbidsBwaaagh.mp3 and save it to /home/user/.ringtones (it's a hidden folder, gotta enable "show hidden folders" in the file manager). The go to your ringtone setting and use this as for incoming message sound. Amazing!
