I just got a N800 and have been trying to update the OS. What I've done so far is download the OS directly to the N800. I can see the OS there in the file manager folder but I cannot open it. I'm a newbie so go easy. I have the download wizard loaded. So, what's up? What to do? I'm very keen to get this working. Can anyone help? Cheers,

Melanie

I did try Google but I thought this site would be more helpful, focused and friendly as I'd already tried many sources.

If you use Windows XP, install the "Nokia Internet Table Software Update Wizard". Then run the program and follow the instruction on the screen to update the firmware using your computer.
