    removing developer mode

    Hi everyone,

I installed all the stuff needed for Developer mode when i turned it on, installed all my apps and now i want to remove the developer mode fils

The reason I did this is because I get the dependency notice when installing apps if i do not enable developer mode.

I also feel that developer mode drains battery much quicker regardless if you leave it enable or not.

i went to the manage application section and do I just uninstall the "app" developer-mode and it should remove all the other complimentary files (i.e. develsh, aegis-dev-mode, etc)? will this affect anything other than not having developer mode moving forward?

I did just that (remove developer-mode in apps) and I think it did remove almost all developer mode related things. It doesn't revert everything back tho, according to this: http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/docs/...oper_mode.html activation of developer mode changes some security policy, which cannot be changed back (other than by reflashing).
