Hello! I want to translate Maemo OS to Belarusian langugage using Transifex. And I have some progress in this. My question is: How can I comply a deb package from localization files after translation?
P.S.: I don't have Linux OS on my computer. I am using Windows 7

I think you can just zip it and rename to .deb.

Or you could install Virtualbox and a distribution of your choice, to get a full Linux on top of Windows 7.
