ah the light background... I've mentioned it earlier in the thread...
use winscp login as user: root
copy thr meegotouch folder from your pc to /usr/share/themes/cyan_v1.4/ directly. It will as if you want to replace files just click yes to all. It'll then work.
I had some problems with the darker theme, or the clock UI MOD more specific, where the clock would crash immediately, yes even with the latest version.
So now im having problems with some persistent leftover images from the theme.
I still have some images left from the Darker theme that i cannot get fixed in any way, are the graphics cached somewhere or how does the theme-daemon work?
I have (at least i think so) replaced all images in /usr/share/themes/blanco/ with a backup, i do not have any other theme in /usr/share/themes/, so do you have any ideas of where the faulty image are stored?
in the red theme the clock closes after a fraction of a second and i'm unable to start a phonecall
after reverting i can call again and the clock stays open, but it looks like this
the red smudge is the clock graphics replaced by red squares, turning around
edit:
i found that in /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/clock/style/
there was only a clock.css.fdb, but no clock.css or clock.css.orig
copied N9 FDB Themes 5.2\original\clock.css now the clock looks normal, but it closes after a fraction of a second
btw, forgot to mention, i had to re-enter my account password after installing as well as after reverting
It is caching the old themed image somewhere but i cant figure out where. I copied the "clock-background.png" to "clock-background-not****edup.png" and changed the css to use "clock-background-not****edup" instead and it works great.
please tell me how to get emoticons works? now emoticons are red square only... i dont want flash again my phone..
and that emoticonscache dont work :/
I'm also having the problem with the emoticons. I did add the .emoticonthemecache containing the backup emoticons in /home/user/ and reboot but still emoijs show up as red squares in messages. Have I done something wrong when reverting to blanco theme with themechanger? Blanco is the default theme correct?
One thing I've noticed is that as long as I've had the problem with the emoticons the oplogo mod in N9 Quick Tweak has stopped working. The mod changes parameters in /usr/share/themes/base/... and that does not seem to affect my unit anymore! If I want to change the size of the oplogo I now have to do it under /usr/share/themes/blanco/...
