As attached, has anyone come across the same problem?

It showed "target lost", and NFC failed *facepalm

I have to manually activate blue-tooth to use my BH-220 NFC headset....

Below is something I googled but couldn't understand it fully, I tried to type those commands in terminal but in vain, please help?
