I was looking on Amazon for SD cards and i noticed some are different classes. Class 2, Class 6, etc... What exactly are these classes and how would if affect their performance in my N800? Thanks.

Be careful what brand you buy...I will not be going back to PNY cards again, since that was the culprit when I tried to add apps after switching to os2008. Cheaper is definitely not always better.

    "Cheap" , "100% working", "Speed"

    Pick two

That said, I've had a 8GB Transcend SDHC die on insertion to a PC, and a 4GB Sandisk shrink to less than 1GB over the course of three weeks - neither ever exposed to the cardkiller revision of OS2007.

With two out of four SDHC dead within three months (the second of the 4GB Sandisk is still fine, and so is a slower 4GB PNY), SDHC in general seems far from stable yet. Personally I'll stick with 2GB SD for the more critical internal card for another couple of months...
