Hi all.

Only just received my N9 last week and while really impressed with it so far, there is one issue I'm finding that is making me concerned I may have a faulty unit.

I'm finding that apps close on me mid use for no apparent reason, not sure if I have a fault with my phone or if this is a general bug.

It's happened now during games, apps, and most often while gently scrolling the Nokia Store so it isn't that I'm gesuring too fast and swiping closed. Last night I was looking through the store and it must have closed on me 7 or 8 times in close succession, and that's on wifi connection. Each time I've had these shut-downs whatever I've been using before close does not appear within the multitask window either.

Anyone else experienced this problem? I'm wondering if I should be thinking of returning the phone as with the available RAM of the N9, and no other applications running in the background when I am experiencing this problem, it doesn't seem right.

This is certainly not normal. You should consider getting a replacement device.

Thanks, another person I know has also just confirmed that this isn't normal, and he hasn't experienced a single unexpected closure as yet.

Going to try reinstalling the latest software later today(the device arrived up to date), if that doesn't help then I guess it'll have to go back for a replacement.
