maemo and meego both are considered dead by Nokia. Only Symbian is alive but don't know for how long it will alive as we have a great CEO which love to kill OS's. and when he will kill all OS's he will also kill Nokia.

Symbian Belle has similar theming to Harmattan. It's definitely Belle. I've been using it on my N8 for the last few months.

I take Symbian over WM / WP any day.

Same as E7. This is probably the biggest issue I have with Symbian. 640x360 is not really good enough for today's use cases. Low pixel density plus 16:9 aspect ratio makes for a poor web browsing experience.
