Anyone in the UK tried ordering the white N9 from Purely Gadgets?

Seems to be "in stock" and currently priced at £439.99.

I've seen mixed reviews online for them, presumably they are another partly Hong Kong based retailer?

my white n9 is back in its packaging in favor of lumia 800

lumia is much more appropriate for me, as n9 seems dull/dated.

Hey CAA.

Be careful ordering from purleygadgets. After doing my research they appear to be a sister company of simplyelectronics which have many bad reviews on several websites.

I ordered a Nokia N9 white from simplyelectronics on the 5th Feb (without reviewing the company first – one born every minute I know). When ordering they stated that it was in stock and I should expect shipment within 2-4days. It has now been 6 full working days and I have not been informed of any shipment. I have been on the phone for 2 full days without getting through to their non-existent customer service team. After reading dozens of online reviews of their service I am getting increasingly worried that they have taken my money without having the item in stock.

They could yet deliver but it all looks very ominous!

So be warned!

Just got my white n9, it is a beautiful phone
Got it for 360€ . It was practically new, even got the protection plastic-thing over it.
Now I have to install all the cool applications.

Have you signed-up purely to try & prove some kind of point?
You wouldn't be the 1st person in this community that uses a 800 & N9.
So you're not going to have any kind of "special insight".

And yet you failed to make any compelling arguments as-to-why in the other threads.
Every time you were pretty-much countered by other 800/N9 owners.

Anyway this is not the place to be talking about selling your N9, & you know that.
You're simply trying to provoke a response....
