You can plug-in almost anything into a usb port of the n900. However, many devices require a special driver in order to work. The custom kernel already provides basic drivers for devices such as:
USB Storage(cd-roms, flash drives, hdd, etc)
USB HID(Keyboards, mice, joysticks, touchpads, etc)

ok ,tommorow i will buy my network "usb data card" & post my reply on this thread.
iam from india, is any indian users have allready using any data card on n900?(ex: Tata photon,Mts blaze etc)

i have one big doubt relating usb host mode,will n900 support USB DATA CARD?
I have installed 1.H-E-N 2.KERNEL POWER V49.
