Belt the keyboard with a hammer [1] then, with dabs of uhu, put the keys back in the layout you desire.

[1] retain the hammer for the SIM plug fix for when you lose GSM connectivity.

WAHID, if this is what You want to achieve, You can map <whatever> shift+blue arrow + <key>. See "remapping hardware keyboard" article in wiki.

If, instead of that, You wish to use so-called 8 layer layout (more ''languages'', than those switchable via ctrl + space), You'll also find answer in mentioned wiki article.
