    - Yelp is available on iOS, WP7, Android, and BB OS. But, it's really only useful if you have tried the iOS and Android versions. https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....android&hl=en

I've already tried contacting Yelp, but I'm certain that only one request is not going to make them budge and develop an App for the N9. I even offered to pay them, lol.

    * http://maemo.org/downloads/product/Maemo5/hermes/ - Hermes - Enrich contacts' information from social networks.
** An app to fill in the gaps and keep up to date the details in address book (Photos/avatars, status, numbers, birthdays and so on...), by using social networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing etc. saves a lot of time and hassle!

This app can be used to force rotation to portrait and landscape in every application and every direction (360 degrees, like iPad2).

The 360 degree rotation has improved cell reception (by rotating the antenna side skyward) in similar devices. Also, several apps have no screen rotation at all, so this one app could take care of the lack of rotation in the native Facebook app, the native Twitter app, etc.--all with a single app. Also, the phone is more convenient when you can use it from every angle, like with Opera.

Also a huge +1 on word-predictive T9 input. It's great for single handed text input, which would also be supported by the rotation app above.

MAEMO 5 style gesture swirl for zooming in and out on the N9. Woot! Also great for single-handed portrait operation.

Just in case you missed it: DreamRemote 2.0

It is still under hard development and by intention primarily only a remote control and not a allround tool with channellist, timertable or streaming. And streaming will perhaps never work since the stream the dreambox delivers by default is way to heavy. But perhaps DreamRemote is a small beginning for you until someone will create a application that fulfils your featurelist. Password protected connections are comming with the next update. But be aware, only access via Wifi to a DreamBox is secure and I can only reccommend to never access a DreamBox via 3G over the Internet!

http://store.ovi.com/content/65864 YLE Areena (also "Elävä arkisto")
** view audio and video content from Finnish public broadcast, YLE.
** YLE has several audio and video content regularly produced that i enjoy. the audio files can often be downloaded via RSS in mp3 format so that's good. but video files are distributed through YLE Areena. unfortunately it seems that although it's content is produced with tax euros, they are being very restrictive in how content can be accessed, and Microsoft seems to have them by the balls (perhaps consensually).
** I don't know whether an other app could provide this feature. Perhaps? there is yle-dl for linux, it would actually be awsome to have a client that actually downloaded and stored the content. This is important also because the mobile connection is often too slow to stream the video content.
