Did you get this fixed psycho? If not, the only thing I can think of is perhaps you've got some file (music, document, image, etc) that another app is still accessing - perhaps an mp3 and your media player is on pause? I deleted everything from my MMC2 prior to even beginning the flashing partition process.

One other idea, perhaps disable the Virtual Memory (swap) in Control Panel - I'm pretty sure that goes to MMC2.

yeah that works, for the n810

    does everything change to mmcblk1?

once this goes in and I hit return
    /dev/mmcblk0p1:1,15000,6

I get an invalid argument 1,15000,6

So PenquinBait - a couple of questions...
    1) when DO you get your N810? Wish there was something I could do to expedite if for you I so love my K810 - you deserve one too!

    2) Any idea why the jpgs aren't working for Kolour Paint and for desktop backgrounds? They show up ok in Krita and in Konqueror - but I have to change them to png's for use as backgrounds.

I wish I knew when I was going to get one, but thats up to Nokia at this point, I am sure it will come eventually. I bought my 770 in Jan 2006, and my 800 in Jan 2007, so I am still on schedule so far, hopefully I get it soon

Jpg support is an issue and has been sine the first compile of KDE by me. I am sure its something I am not doing properly when building but I have yet to figure it out. Konqueror had no GIF support on original KDE, I fixed that issue, but this jpg one is elusive? Luckily they work in Konqueror, and I changed all the wallpapers to png. I asked around some KDE developers and I am not sure what the problem is. My guess is the linker in scratchbox, but I dont know. I have been working around it, it is a known limitation of my KDE builds at this point.

Also I have been meaning to say it everyone here, if there is some setting you think I should change to make things easier, please let me know and I will consider including it. Also if you have color schemes or anything you can save them and send them to me for inclusion.
