i download it but i notice a error when downloading like nokia error

I am trying to record in HD/DVD using kp50 + CSSU - yet I only get a blank screen. I can record normally in non HD modes.

In the first post, CSSU-T is mentioned, but IIRC I was recording just fine without using it before. It must have happened during an update.

I guess it was related to camera-ui binary being overwritten : camera-ui md5 in the debs I initially installed from http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=549 is 551f4fbaa17bdb64a53c31920797b03a, while my current binary is 1a3b461222958b6a25a8e8efec15949f

So I'm trying to use the .debs from http://repository.maemo.org/communit...e/c/camera-ui/ and http://repository.maemo.org/communit...ee/g/gdigicam/

Is it a good idea?

Is it possible to use dpkg "priority" or "pin" to use camera-ui from CSSU-T while using CSSU for everything else? (I don't like the bleeding edge that much)

EDIT: Got it working with these binaries after a reboot.

It's strange - latest CCSU Testing camera should work well for You. I use it for hd recording, and it works great.

@seanmcken - where did you get .debs from?

During short IRC talk, freemangordon suggested that You should absolutely use CSSU-T for HD recording.

I installed it, and followed the steps and it did worked but then going thru the posts I realized that battery patch interfeers with it so I took it off using

apt-get install --reinstall omap3430-dsp-baseimage-ti omap3430-dsp-libraries-ti gstreamer0.10-openmax gstreamer0.10-dsp

but now i have the problem that I cant watch some videos that I was able to watch before, I can see the ones I have recorded but I cant see the ones downloaded via cutetube which are in .mp4

after that reboot and try again

i have cssu-t and never had trouble in recording hd, apart for some ocasional weird graphical artefacts, but i can live with that.
recently though i cant record hd anymore..no matter what resolution i choose, i start recording and after a while (40-60 sec) i hear a click just like the one that is triggered when you stop or start the recording, the time couter of the recording keeps progressing, but i got a black screen..if i then stop recording and go to media player the video is corrupted..obviously i have done something wrong with my n900...again..someone had same issue?..any help?..tks

I get around 20 fps when shooting at 720p with latest CSSU testing.Can I get higher fps?I'm using 600:1150 speeds.
