yea but also is the amount of apps very low compared to android. i have some apps in mind that i guess will never be ported to N9 and there are still some basic things that are not yet available for N9.

How many years will survive on market :

N900 : 2012 already dead and very rare

SGS2 : in 2015 I bet you will find one in a good condition .

there aren't that many apps in n9 but I would never do that i had an android once and - never ever again. in addition even if it has more apps, it still doesn't matter, since at least 50% of them are worth nothing..
