the facebook-services package need to be updated?
there are no maintainers for that package!!

i checked http://maemo.org/packages/view/facebook-services/
the latest version was released in 5/2010

This is probably the same problem as in the thread
"Facebook Desktop Widget Shows Error Mesage - Unable to Connect Facebook"

It seems that facebook has changed the authentication method.
See: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/authentication/

Let's hope someone is able to fix the facebook-services package.
