I could be tbh? My thoughts from the first post was that this is relating to the official in-built maemo fb app.

@OP:
The reson why FB is getting *+#!? -ed is because many people are using FB through mobile app, meaninig they spend less time watching ads, meaning less money...
What I could think of they did change the API so that people are forced to use a browser or they want the ads to get through. Who knows? Anyway, @ FB the codes can change day by day...

The issues I noticed the day before yesterday somehow resolved by yesterday afternoon. Weird transient stuff.

I'm facing the same problem in the last days. I discovered this yesterday when i tried to upload a picture from my N900 to FB.
Surely a change in FB. I don't think this is done to kill N900 FB sharing. I remind you that in MicroB FB shows fully with adds, not in mobile version.
I think they will fix it in the next days.
