I don't know about the first problem, but for the second one, can you copy and paste here the terminal output when you try to install something?

    Does

    Code:
    sudo gainroot
    apt-get install -f
    Fix anything?

Edit: Maybe is your missing dependency is in other repository, eg extras-devel. Which repositories do you have enabled atm? However I don't encourage to enable extras-devel if you have no idea what you are doing. The warning that it may break your device still apply (Estel proved that this warning still applies, no offence, mate. I am aware of the dangers)

it didnt fix it , because there is no missing dependency

I dont think it related to extras-devel because I use it since almost 2 years without any problem

anyway I have these repositories enabled :
    extras-devel
    Nokia Applications
    Nokia system software updates
    Ovi
    CSSU
    Extras-testing
