Go to Documents folder and if you see the PDF instruction (N9_QuickTweak_en_v6.5.pdf and N9_QuickTweak_ru_v6.5.pdf), delete them.
Reboot your phone and try to install again by double click on the .deb file.
    Try this trick:

That's not it, your download is corrupted. Redownload it on pc and transfer it over then try.

I also had a problem installing 6.5 and had no other issues up until now.

I had to delete the two document files, and uninstall 6.4, and was able to install 6.5

However, the Document files were not restored.

Maybe they are missing? Either way, that might be part of the problem

EDIT: Going to /opt I was able to find the two PDF files, but they won't open on the phone saying they are corrupted.

Maybe check those? It seems to be the issue that people are running into.

Redownload the file via pc and then put it on N9. I can't stress this enough.

Uninstalled 6.4 and then installed 6.5 witout any issues.

The thing is I jumped from 6.2 -> 6.4 without any issues this morning and later today I couldn't install 6.5?

    Anyway it's installed and working.

Keep up the good work, highly appriciated

    Regards Dousan...
