He could simply download the .deb file that's causing problems. Unpack the .deb file, rather than installing it, then browse to the control.tar.gz file and open it or unpack it. To make it even easier, michaaa62, kindly created an adapted .deb file to do just that.

That being said: If OP would have simply used google to search for the error string, the problem would have been solved within minutes.

But @hxka is right , only installing the offending package binutils2.22 removed the warning.

Edit: Even installing the package binutils2.22 did not resolve the issue!

sorry guys maybe its a language problem but you lost me there..i have now michaaa .deb installed but it didnt work..what should i do to solve this?tks

You might just reinstall from the repo
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install --reinstall binutils
That's the cleaner solution compared to ignoring a 'kind of hacked' package

hm..i installed binutils2.22, althouth i was a bit affraid because it said in the installation process something about maemo6..but fact is that the error is gone..sould i uninstall binutils?

a bit off topic but maybe you guys can help me out in other issue, i am having another warning in xterm:NO_PUBKEY 6713C33F3F027BB1
I googled it and found nothing, do you know what is this about? tks
