1st setup the reps (I think there are Many ways of doing this)
Now install rootsh using applications manager
Now go into terminal and write root
And execute the apt-get command again

    Great program!
    Register at second attempt...

I report a problem: if I exit the program leaving it running in background, and the n900 goes in energy save-mode, when I re-activate the phone, Yappari isn't running anymore.
    What can I do?

    Thank you

He's not root. The phone is asking him politely:

    ARE YOU ROOT?

Check if your root, not so use 'sudo gainroot'.

Check if your app manager is opend. Close the console, close the app manager, open the console and try again

    Still not working?
Reboot your phone and try again!
