is there a way so when i receive a text message on my phone it would forward it to my n810 (which i keep tethered most of the time) and then be able to read and respond to the text, only using my phone as a sort of text message receiver as i would use the n810 to respond and read texts.

I have been looking for the same thing. That would be very cool. There is a program that lets you send text messages from the n810 but it would be great to make it the complete messaging center.

That does seem right up the alley. I wonder how difficult it would be to port to the hilden framework.

I have phone link installed but I can only send messages. Is receiving SMS on the tablet supposed to be a feature? I am investigating my settings to make sure things are running properly.
