definitely unknown.
nelisquare program name has changed as well as ".desktop" file.
If icon missing on your desktop - re-create shortcut and check if icon appear.

I had this too but it's just a small thing. just remove the old shortcut if it's still showing and then place a new one on the desktop.

often Nelisquare does not start up on my N900 showing only empty windows/areas. Sometimes it starts correctly. When I try shortly after failure it mostly succeeds. (Sounds like race condition to me.)

I started it in Terminal. Here is the output after many similar errors as the first one shown here:

Seems so

the last line in log makes me feel that something wrong with auth token and(or) request/response queue to 4sq api - responses from api are empty. i'll check startup process with low-(high-)speed internet connection and low/high background cpu-load.

Good news, N9 users!

I have successfully submited nelisquare to "Apps for meego" catalog: http://goo.gl/iIUtt
Testing and reviews from N9 users would be helpful

Also nelisquare is at QA process at official OVI store (currently only for meego platform, due to unresolved dependencies on maemo5(work in progress)).

I have configured and tested my build env for all needed devices, so... requested features are on the way!

check if nelisquare icon have been installed into correct folder:
If it not - check if it will work well using my build from my build server thecust.net

Due to upcoming updates, nelisquare has migrated to "libqtm-12" instead of "libqtm-11". (v.0.3.15).
Updated dependency list has been integrated into control file, so update should be flawless.

If you got black screen after updating, please PM me with log of nelisquare startup process from terminal
