Weird, it should be installed with dpkg -i.. For me installed without any problem from N9QT..

ahh budluck and goodluck...badluck, got stuck in a boot loop so had to reflash... good luck, manage to install everything including BT toggle...All ends well! But still strange it happened, maybe had an incomplete inception? I also don't know.

I think your problem is what Schturman said above. You shouldn't incept packages that needs only dpkg -i "package name". If you read the first post again you'll realize that bt package doesn't need to be incepted.

Ok, found by myself ...

Icons are copied to '/usr/share/themes/blanco' where I'm using '/usr/share/themes/blanco-bigbob' ...

Just do :

rm -rf '/usr/share/themes/blanco-bigbob/meegotouch/icons' directory and symlinked the one from 'blanco' theme.
