Try something...
when phone startup and you will see the window for inserting your pin code, insert it quickly and press OK. Maybe phone will do another reboot and maybe after reboot it will boot up. For me it worked a few times...

So, that PR1.3 is partially released already. How soon do you guys know if we can update it straight or we have to unistall this QTweak and wait for it to work with PR1.3?

You don't need to uninstall anything because update to PR1.3 it's like reflash. The PR will override all your tweaked files...
And Yes, you will need to wait when I will update N9QT that is will be compatible with PR1.3..

try reboot, when phone completely bootup, wait 3-4 minutes, connect to internet (wifi) and try again to open N9QT, it should install sdk repo and bash..
If not, install it manually...

So basically you add the line:
background-opacity: 0.5 /* 1: black, 0: complete transparent, ie. 0, 0.1->1 */

to the empty row above background-color.

It would be great to do with the STATUSAREA.CSS
