it says 45mb to be downloaded & 59mb space will be used..
i dont think i'l be having that amount of space..
although i have no problem in installing it, just one question if i install it & then remove(if any problem) it "will i get back my 59mb of app space"
just don't want to get in any trouble in a nice/stable maemo system
Oh, Thats easy, if you have backup-menu installed already, then make a whole system backup, then Install MaeMeeMo from repos, so that if you ever want to uninstall it you will have your N900 back to where it was...
by-the-way the other way round... you will get your 59Mb back when you install it...
p.s. I think the whole 59 mb is not used out of your opt space. I think... please check.
Ok, packages qbw-harmattan-clock and qbw-harmattan-date are now updated (from post #451). They both have now version number 0.3-1.
@marmistrz: Should new package of maemeemo Depends versioned qbw-harmattan-clock and -date? If user has installed maemeemo already, upgrading it will not trigger upgrading them.
i installed maemeemo. did it as the wiki says. but the widgets are gone and also couldnt find it in the desktop options. cant set application blur to 100. restored the backup as the status area has gone ver dark. cant see time or anything in the desktop.its black. changed theme and icons dint work. is there any video demonstation on how to do it?
