It's not an app request as such, but my only wish is for Jolla to continue the story of Jon Reece and Marina Harrison, they are the only reason I bought a N900 in the first place. Unfortunately the UK firmware didn't come with Marina's contact details pre-installed, and now im banned from Finland for stalking random strangers with oversized headphones and pink hair

But anyway back on topic - "POLL. How many apps is minimum for you to buy JOLLA" - assuming you don't mean the company Jolla and you mean whatever handset they produce, the minimum is 7 applications. Sadly not an option in the poll.

How many apps are "must have" can refer to any mobile device software maker. RIM, Palm, Nokia- i mean Microsoft.. The hardware poll was to see what the community wants, hardware wise. If Jolla wants to put new software on the same hardware the N9 is using now, then I don't want what they are selling..

I declare this N900 is a fake. There is no thumb catch on the lock slider. If this N900 is a fake, perhaps John is...

    wait...

    John Conner??
    Kyle Reece??

    What is this?????

If Jolla is done the right way, it will be awfully easy to port all those QML & Qt from N900/N9/Nemo to their OS. If it reuses what has been done these last years, it will quickly be able to support tablets.

What is needed isn't another closed ecosystem: we want to be able to reuse the existing one ! If they really intend to go on the market, they *must* be compatible with Tizen and N9. All these OS share the same roots, nearly the same kernel, have (or will have) nearly the same Qt support.

So my answer is: all that already exists for Qt/N9.
