Makes no sense to you perhaps, but there are lots of reasons for "downgrading". Debranding is one of them, changing region is another.

Well you can do either of those quite nicely without having to downgrade to PR1.2.

I just flashed my N9 to PR1.3 001, incepted and installed unrestricted menu, MT-Toggles and the flashlight toggle.
Damn, is it nice.

I noticed that it takes a while for the camera app to enter standby after swiping it up, but otherwise everything is so nice, smooth and snappy.

Stop acting like a smartass - please. You know as good as anyone that going from a "higher" release (some country code for instance) to a "lower" (the generic release) is the same as downgrading, and thus impossible, even though it is the same Pr. That's the whole point here.

You said it can be done without downgrade to Pr1.2. Well? How exactly?
